Bloom Early Education is a WA owned and operated childcare provider, whose mission is to raise the standard of early education and care for all children in WA. We believe every child needs room to bloom and that by creating the right conditions for children to reach their full potential, we are empowering future generations to build a better world.

We are seeking passionate qualified OSHC Coordinator to join our team who are committed to helping Bloom achieve its vision and mission. The OSHC Coordinator will be responsible for leading a team of educators and creating fun and exciting programs and vacation care programs. We are offering a permanent-part time position. You must be available for split shifts.

Have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

Hold a current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis qualifications and have completed the relevant child protection training.

Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) and Education and Care Service National Regulations.

Be able to communicate effectively and with purpose to children, parents, team members, service providers and stakeholders.

Demonstrate high-level abilities to work in a team and be able to use their own initiative.

Be “all in” with your commitment and contribution to Bloom’s philosophy, vision and mission.

Have the ability and skills to develop and deliver a curriculum founded on the bloom philosophy whilst following the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Regulations.
